At DreamCat, every bedding set passes quality inspection before shipment. Due to hygiene and consumer safety standards, we have established the following return policy for all customers in the United States.
1. All Sales Are Final
For hygiene reasons, all bedding products are final sale and non-returnable once delivered, including if the packaging has been opened or the product has been handled.
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
Change of mind
Incorrect size selection
Style or color preference
Personal comfort preferences
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
The claim must be submitted within 1 calendar day of receiving the order.
You must provide clear video evidence showing the defect or damage.
The product must not have been used, washed, or altered.

3. Our Responsibility
If the claim is approved:
We will cover the return shipping costs.
We will offer either:
a replacement, or
a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Non-Damaged / Used Items
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used bedding
Items that have been washed
Products with removed labels or packaging
Damage caused after delivery
5. Legal Compliance
This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws and hygiene-related product handling standards.
Customers retain their rights under U.S. law in cases of product defect or misrepresentation.
